University education is constantly evolving and adapting to changes in society. One of the most relevant challenges it currently faces is the need to address the diversity present in its students. This diversity manifests itself in different aspects, such as ethnic, cultural, socioeconomic origin, gender, physical and cognitive abilities, among others. In this academic essay, we will explore the challenges that university education faces in providing adequate attention to student diversity and present proposals to address these challenges.
